These non time-limited posts have a primary goal to promote collaborative research and to manage small teams working in advanced technologies to strengthen the Institute's wider research programme. In many instances they will also have a small research programme. Candidates should have an established international scientific reputation and considerable technical expertise and knowledge of their field, only applicants of the highest calibre will be appointed. Service Managers

These are non time-limited posts with the primary goal of managing a group, or groups, of scientific staff working in a service function such as Histology, Biological Services or Molecular Technology. Candidates should possess a relevant degree, have considerable expertise in the specific technologies and techniques they are responsible for managing, and also people management experience.
